Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Refunds. As a matter of general procedure, refunds are not issued for any purchases. In the very unlikely event that Native English Now is unable to provide a purchased service, a refund will be issued if requested (or, in the case of lessons, the student may request to reschedule if their teacher is unavailable).
Rescheduling. Lessons may be rescheduled by contacting Native English Now or your teacher. Any requests to reschedule a lesson must be done 24 hours or more before the start time of the class. Refunds will not be issued if rescheduling is unavailable, or if a student fails to use their classes within the first 180 days after purchase.
No Show Policy. Classes that are not attended by a student are marked “NO SHOW”. If a student fails to attend a class at the scheduled time, the class will not be rescheduled, and the class will be viewed as complete(meaning that the instructor will receive full payment). If the student arrives more than 15 minutes late(for 30 minute classes), or more than 30 minutes late(for one hour classes), the class will be marked as “NO SHOW” and treated as explained above.
